On April 1, 2024, there will be important USCIS Fee Increases. USCIS will implement a new fee structure impacting various immigration forms. These changes are crucial for those planning immigration benefit requests.

Small businesses are defined as “as having 25 or fewer full-time equivalent (FTE). See8 CFR 106.1(f).” Nonprofit organizations are defined as “in the Internal Revenue Code (IRC), specifically 26 U.S.C. 501(c)(3) (2023). 8 CFR 106.1(f)(2).”
For detailed fee changes, refer to the Advanced release to AILA of the USCIS Final Rule Adjustment (Advance_Copy_Final_Rule_Adjusting_USCIS_Fee_Schedule) (starting on page 13 of the attached document) that will be filed in the Federal Register on January 31, 2024 (01/31/2024). Ensure all immigration benefit requests postmarked on or after April 1, 2024, comply with the updated fee schedule. Please also remember, that the cost for premium processing fees will increase for Form I-907 that is filed on or after February 26, 2024.
