• USCIS Fee: $460 to $4,960

H-4 Visa

• Attorney Fee: $440 for the first dependent and $95 for each additional dependent
• USCIS Fee: $370. An $85 biometric services fee for each applicant.
• Processing Time: 15 to 180 days

H-1B1 Visa For Singapore or Chilean Citizens

• Attorney Fee:  $1,895
• USCIS Fee:  $460 and ACWIA fee
• Processing Time:  5 days to 120 days

L-1A And L-1B Visa

• Attorney Fee: $2,750 ($2,250 to prepare and file with USCIS, $500 due upon USCIS Approval); $3,250 for the new office ($2,750 to prepare and file with USCIS, $500 due upon USCIS Approval).
• USCIS Fee: $460
• Processing Time: 15 days to 150 days

L-2 Visa

• Attorney Fee: $440 for the first dependent and $95 for each additional dependent

E-3 Visa
