H-1B Visa Filing Update

Note to all clients:

H-1B Season.

All H-1B CAP petitions must prepared to be sent to USCIS on March 30th to be received by USCIS on the first business day of April (USCIS considers the first 5 business days of April to be the first business day).

This is the time of year that approximately 175,000 H1-Bs are filed with USCIS by attorneys throughout the USA, including this office. Please be patient.

This deadline is similar to Tax Season for accountants/CPAS but for all the H-1B lottery participants no extensions are allowed, and all petitions MUST be received by USCIS, no later than April 5, 2019.

During this time, we continue processing all other types of cases, but ask for your understanding during these special circumstances. We will respond to your queries as soon as possible.

To our H-1B lottery clients, please be assured that we are giving your case the necessary preparation priority.

We expect to update you regarding the status of your filing by March 27, 2019.
