Removal of Conditions (I-751)

• Attorney Fee: $1095
• USCIS Fee: $750 
• Processing time: ~ 35 business days

Fiancé Visa aka K-1 Visa (I-129F)

• Attorney Fee: $1,495
• USCIS Fee: $675
• Processing time: ~ 30 business days

Qualified relative of U.S. Citizen (other than an immediate relative), or Permanent Resident (I-130)

• Attorney Fee: $1,495 per applicant
• USCIS Fee: $675 + consulate fees as billed directly to you by National Visa Center in consular processing
• Processing time: ~ 30 business days to 45 business days

The above attorney fees for Fiancé Visa (K-1 Visa), and I-130 noted above do not include the preparation and filing of the I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, and its attendant I-765 and I-131, or Affidavit of Support, all of which will require a separate retainer agreement for legal services upon approval of Form I-129F (Fiancé) or I-130 (qualified relative of U.S. Citizen (other than an immediate relative), or Permanent Resident)
