Texas Service Center to Begin Accepting Form I-129 for Certain H-1B Petitions

Starting July 19, 2019 , YOU MUST FILE your H-1B CAP Exempt petition (except those based on University Affiliation) with USCIS  at the respective office depending on where the H-1B Petitioner’s headquarters is located.

PLEASE NOTE THAT TEXAS SERVICE CENTER IS NOW THE REQUIRED OFFICE FOR PETITIONERS LOCATED IN FLORIDA AND GEORGIA, AND THAT NEBRASKA IS NO LONGER LIMITED TO ONLY H-1B PETITIONS THAT ARE “SAME EMPLOYER WITHOUT CHANGE”.
