USCIS has not yet informed of the timelines for this new process.
As such we recommend that preparation begin between July 1, 2019 and October 1, 2019, starting with a detailed analysis of your expected H-1B position and your minimum requirements for that position.
Additionally, the filing of a Prevailing Wage Request with the DOL prior to filing the H-1B petition, can help eliminate some unknowns and bases for a Request for Evidence.
